The Easter Triduum, which begins on the evening of Holy Thursday and concludes on Easter Sunday, is the highlight of the Liturgical Year. Though chronologically three days, they are liturgically one day unfolding for us the Lord's institution of the Eucharist (Holy Thursday), his saving death on the Cross (Good Friday), and his glorious Resurrection (Easter Vigil / Easter Sunday)
